Sellstead gives your family tools to list and sell your own things. You're the seller. We're the software.
Your account
Keep your login to yourself. Whoever creates a sale can invite others and is responsible for who they invite.
What you can sell
Things you have the right to sell, described honestly. No illegal, stolen or recalled goods, and nothing that violates local law. [Review list.]
Sales between you and buyers
Sellstead isn't a party to any sale. Price, payment, pickup and any disputes are between you and the buyer. There is no bidding or auction on Sellstead.
Payment and refunds
Prices are listed on the pricing page. [Refund terms to be finalized.]
Your content
You own your photos and descriptions. You let us store and display them so your sale page works.
Ending your account
You can stop anytime. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Limits of liability
We work hard to keep Sellstead running, but it's provided as-is. [Liability language to be reviewed.]
